The Brief 

We were asked to manufacture and install two sets of paint-finish bi-fold doors for a return customer of ours, Grey Tree Developments. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the Grey Tree team. From the initial meeting to discuss details and design, to the last coat of paint being applied, the process is always professional and straightforward.

Action taken

Once the layout and size of the openings for the doors were decided, we could begin manufacturing at our workshops. We got the doors and the frame all assembled at our workshops, fully hinged and hung all the doors to make sure everything was working, and adjusted everything correctly to keep the time on site to a minimum.

Outcome

The finished bi-fold doors look great. They really open the room up into the garden and courtyard. The light they let in is excellent and the lovely vibrant colours of the customer’s home really stand out well. With regular decoration, they should last a lifetime!
